Extended Stay America Suites - New Orleans - Metairie

Easy to find, and easy, fast check-in with LaWanda. The room was nice, very clean and the bed was great good breakfast We were surprised to learn that there was no ice machine (especially for a southern state). Tanya was very kind and got me a bottle of frozen water from the employee refrigerator. We loved the kitchen and large refrigerator, and since there was a full-size freezer, we were able to make ice for our water bottles for the next morning. There was supposed to be a grab and go breakfast, but they were never delivered. Metairie is a good place to stay to have easy access to New Orleans. We were pleased that the deposit for incidentals/damages was refunded quickly.

Was worried after reading other reviews. But we had no issues at all. Ms. Tiffany at the front desk was awesome. She was super friendly and very helpful with all my questions. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Nice place but car needed !
